Starfish in the Tank

This little starfish appeared this afternoon on the front wall of the tank.  My camera couldn't focus on him, but my cell phone could.

Walking Companion

This beautiful full moon accompanied me on my walk this morning.  My flashlight stayed in my coat pocket.

Teeny Tiny Starfish

The tank has living things in it. This little starfish came in with the live rock.  He's so tiny that it was very difficult to get any camera to focus.  Ben's cell phone finally captured this image.

He is so small that three of him would fit on my pinky fingernail.

Aquarium

My husband is building a reef tank in our house. This is what water looks like that is absorbing salt.

Christmas Day Sledding

This morning our family postponed the gift opening and went straight to my favorite sledding park.  We had a glorious morning!

Falling Leaves

Leaves falling from this tree caught my eye as I washed lunch dishes.  Look closely -- this is why the season is called fall.

Morning Moon

This week the moon has been following me on my early morning walks.  Honestly, it's so bright I don't need my flashlight.
