State of Mind Last Fall

The bulbs I ordered last fall are flowers now.

The catalog said they were black, and pretty much they are.  

Maybe this reflects my state of mind in the fall of 2020.

This little tulip come up from the base of the black -- it's got some crimson.

I am glad I bought pink bulbs, too.

Tulips on Friday

My tulips are very happy.

I'm pretty happy, too.

This has been a strange weather week.

Well, maybe not strange for April.

The tulips have been hesitant to open.

Maybe these will open tomorrow.

I planted tulips last fall.

I can't wait until tomorrow!

 

Geraniums

I know spring is here when I see geraniums in Costco.  I never worry about any upcoming frost -- I just buy them, plant them, and fuss with the little sprinklers.  

This is my bliss.

What Happens On My Walk Stays On My Walk

 I walk pretty early each day.  While I love my walks, they generally fall out of my brain once I'm home.  This afternoon we had lunch with the BYU grandchildren.  We talked about the blossoms which are so beautiful right now, and I remembered this picture I took this morning.
